Refund policy

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 24 hours for issues; returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and no odors, no stains, no rips and no excesiver hair.
  • Shipping: Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any free or promotional items included with your order are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Contact us before returning.
  • Please Note for U.S. Customers: Returned or Refused packages from the United States are eligible for a refund of the item’s purchase price only. Unfortunately, duties, taxes/tariffs, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All embroidered items are final sale items. No refunds or exchanges on embroidered items

Clearance Items

  • All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • All sales of these items are final.

Personal Items

Due to safety considerations, personal items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Personal items include, but are not limited to:

  • Mouthguards
  • Groin protectors
  • Any other items intended to be worn in contact with the mouth or body for personal protection
  • All sales of these items are final.

Damaged Shipments

  • Although rare, shipments may be damaged in transit. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. The recipient is responsible for inspecting the entire shipment upon arrival. Any damage or shortage must be clearly noted and signed by both the delivery driver and the recipient on the delivery paperwork.
  • To file a claim, submit the signed paperwork and supporting photos within the 5-day window. Incomplete documentation will result in a denied claim.
